Nestled away in the beautiful Fleurieu Peninsula is the hidden gem of Langhorne Creek Wine Region. This quaint and little known wine region is home to some highly regarded, and well awarded cellar doors and wine makers, not to mention steeped in history. On a Long Lunch tour, we depart Bridge Hotel carpark at 11am, and head to Lake Breeze for lunch from their comprehensive menu. After ample time for lunch and tasting, we head by carriage to Bremerton Cellar Door, for desert and coffee, and return to the starting point at 2:30.
